Purchase of Reliance & Dodge Complete!
Effective at 10:00AM, February 1st 2007, the purchase
of Reliance Electric and Dodge was completed.
The purchase of Reliance and Dodge doubles the size of
our company and provides us an opportunity to be an
even stronger supplier to our customers, provides greater
opportunities for all of the employees of Baldor, Reliance,
and Dodge, and gives us the opportunity to reward our shareholders for the confidence they have in us.
